Richard L. Toler, Jr. PhD, MBA

Dr. Toler holds the following degrees:

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration , Northcentral University.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Harvard Business School.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science - University of Cincinnati College of Engineering

He is a twenty-five year veteran of marketing management, product management and sales positions with IBM, GE Lighting, Mead, Johnson & Johnson, Honeywell, and Mr. Coffee. He has managed consumer, medical and industrial product lines in domestic and international markets. Dr. Toler has led product development teams in conceiving, designing, prototyping, manufacturing and launching products as varied as tabletop appliances, industrial lighting, dental supplies, paper, and medical devices. He has worked with manufacturers and distribution companies in the United States, Japan, China, and Canada.

Dr. Toler teaches courses in Social Media Marketing, Introduction to Business, Marketing, Advertising, Quantitative Methods, Statistics, and Owning and Operating a Small Business.
